I snapped this sequence at the BFA-St. Albans-St. Johnsbury girls softball semifinal earlier this week.
The moral of this photo story is that if you are going to go for the ball, keep your eye on it, don't jump and if you do make sure you have a six-pack and a tan.
(OK, I'm one to talk, but you won't see me jumping for a foul ball anytime soon!)
